All PRSC’s must achieve at least a ‘G’ rating to be sold within the EU marketplace. In typical Gram fashion, they paved the way for new energy labelling even before it was officially in place by designing their new SUPERIOR and ECO ranges – further distancing themselves from their competitors in the process. The SUPERIOR and ECO ranges are extremely energy efficient, with the SUPERIOR PLUS 72 model ranking ‘A’ according to the new EU Legislation, consuming just 310 kWh of energy a year.

But it’s not just about energy efficiency. Gram also wanted to ensure their new ranges are easy and practical to use for staff working in busy kitchens. With their smooth surfaces and integrated handles, the SUPERIOR and ECO models are incredibly hygienic and easily maintained. The modular shelf wall rails can be placed into a dishwasher for thorough and easy cleaning, whilst the controls are concealed behind the top panel to protect them against splashing liquids. Each model is fitted with a new pedal door opening, adding to the ease of operation and the pedal can be fitted on either the right or left side of the unit for maximum flexibility. All of this is combined with a new sleek design, with full length aluminium panels on either side of the unit, adding additional strength and durability.
