We’re proud and excited to announce that we’ve won another Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award! It’s our second year running for receiving the award – so we’re glad to have another under our belt.
Winning this Platinum Award means so much to us, as it’s a testament to our ongoing efforts to put customers first. The dedicated team at Utility Rentals pride themselves on providing schools with the first-class service they deserve. Of course, we know that the past year has been a strange and often challenging one for the education sector. That’s why we’re so glad to know that our efficient, transparent service has helped schools access equipment with ease.
In case you’re unfamiliar with Feefo and its Trusted Service Awards we’ll explain them in this article – and tell you why this award means so much to us.
What is Feefo?
Feefo is a platform for customer reviews of all types of businesses and their services. It allows businesses to connect with their customers and hear their all-important feedback.
The platform hosts authentic reviews – positive or negative – to allow customers to make informed decisions. It’s an ideal means of gauging a company’s reputation in a transparent and authentic way. Feefo helps businesses like us hear our customers’ feedback so we can deliver an even better service.
To leave a review, customers need to make a purchase with a company. They can then leave ratings (out of five) and comments for the service they received.
Feefo is a well-respected site in the world of online reviews as it works with over 3,500 brands to inform millions of consumers globally.
How does it allocate its Trusted Service Awards?
Feefo’s decisions when giving out awards is entirely dependent on reviews. These directly inform the award allocation process. Every January, it rewards the businesses that go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! However, only the most outstanding and consistent performers achieve a Platinum Award. The awards are in three categories:
- the Platinum Trusted Service 2022 Award, which requires businesses to have won a Gold Trusted Service Award for the past three years. This means maintaining an overall service rating of at least 4.5 consistently over the three-year period.
- the Gold Trusted Service 2022 Award, which requires businesses to have at least 50 reviews in the past two years and an overall service rating of at least 4.5
- the Trusted Service 2022 Award, which requires businesses to have at least 50 reviews in the past two years and an overall service rating between 4.0 and 4.4
We were overjoyed to receive our Platinum Trusted Service Award last year. As you can imagine, we’re delighted to have maintained the same standard during a difficult year in 2021!

As you can tell, our winning of this award is heavily dependent on the honest feedback of the schools we work with. We’re always glad to hear about positive experiences with Utility Rentals and our service – as well as ways in which we can go even further when providing school equipment.
